Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to registrations, trainings, workshops, services, online offerings, and other purchases made through EFT & Matrix Reimprinting Academy India LLP unless a separate written agreement or event-specific policy states otherwise.

Please review the refund and cancellation terms before registering or making a payment. By completing a purchase or registration, you acknowledge and accept the applicable policy.

Training seats are limited and may involve trainer commitments, venue arrangements, administrative work, course materials, and communication costs. For this reason, registrations may be non-refundable or only partially refundable depending on timing, programme type, and event-specific terms.

If a refund, transfer, or credit is available for a specific training, it will be communicated during registration or by the EFTMRA India team in writing.

If you are unable to attend a confirmed training, contact us as early as possible at hello@eftmraindia.com. Where feasible, EFTMRA India may allow a transfer to a future cohort, substitute participant, or credit toward another programme, subject to availability and approval.

Transfers are not guaranteed and may be subject to administrative charges, trainer approval, eligibility requirements, or event-specific restrictions.

Failure to attend a training, session, or service without prior written notice may result in forfeiture of the amount paid. Late cancellations may not be eligible for refund, transfer, or credit.

We reserve the right to reschedule, modify, postpone, or cancel a training or service due to operational, trainer, venue, safety, health, technical, force majeure, or other reasons. If EFTMRA India cancels an event, affected participants will be informed of available options, which may include transfer, credit, or refund as determined by the circumstances.

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method or another mutually agreed method. Bank charges, payment gateway fees, taxes, currency conversion fees, or administrative charges may be deducted where applicable.

Refund processing timelines may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, and administrative review.
